Cropping machine for radial lead taped parts

Does anyone have something like this they are either looking to sell or would be happy to loan/run a box of parts through for me?

I have some HV ceramic capacitors that have come on concertina card tape - 1000 parts. I've already had to de-tape one box and its driving me nuts trying to do it with scissors and keep the cut position anywhere near consistent. Doing them one by one with wire croppers is not an option!

I've got one of these types of machines for doing axial lead parts (resistors etc) but ones for radial leaded parts seem somewhat less common.
