RV Setup feeder oddities

Noticed some odd behaviour on last couple of jobs :
1) When adding a tray feeder, it seems to add 2 copies
2) After setting up feeders in RV setup, saving & exiting, reloading RV Setup & some feeders are missing or in the wrong place.
If you don't reload RV setup, they appear OK in RV place.

These are not newly defined feeders - any ideas ?

Did you use the feeder fill application? I used it once and had something odd like this happen. Can't remember exactly what happened, but I think looking at the FDR folder gleaned the answer.

This was all happenning before I used fillfeeder - I even deleted and re-created some of the the feeder definitions
The fact that it's only happenned recently makes me wonder if it's maybe to do with there being a lot of files in a directory.
