Place Simulation

Hi Guys

Do you think its possible to write a pick and place simulation for fault finding? On the machine I was having problems with I found a modification that was done that didn't make sense to me. But now I don't want to start production only to find that that wasn't the problem.

I suppose one way to test repetitive placement of a single part without wasting components would be to glue a part to a nozzle, or alternatively turn imaging off in the CDF.
Other than that I'm not sure what you could simulate realistically.

I think the warranty for portables only applies in the country of purchase.  Anyone confirm?
