Feeder Dip Switch settings

My manual states only BCD EF are usable with electronic feeders. However the RV4S seems to have 4 mounting points each side (manual only lists 3 on the left but the machine seems to physically have 4. I am trying to use A with a 3+5 way feeder. Has anyone the dip-switch setting for "A" "H" please?

You need to powercycle feeder to adopt new setting
