20 way stick feeder arm reach

Hi I have a 20 way vibratory stick feeder which is built as a two tier design, I haven't seen another one listed anywhere it seems to work ok in itself but I am having problems getting the arm to reach the top tier as it is further back and the machine keeps telling me I am at its limits, this feeder came with my machine and is made by versatronics I just wonder if it was for a different machine.

Any help would be appreciated.

I've never seen such a thing - photos? (not that I ever need more than 10 sticks, I'm just interested / nosey)
The machine's usually pretty accurate about where it can reach, though. When it's grumbling, it's usually at full stretch, as far as I can see.

Bear in mind the reach will be different for each feeder position, so maybe it will be reachable in a different position

I've got one of these, though during its lifetime sone nitwit has lost/nicked the 'shoe' at the end of the top tier so I can only currently use the bottom one. I was somewhat suspicious about whether the arm could reach the top tier. I expect in some of the feeder bays it can, likely candidates would be B,C,F &G, and of those 4, particularly the ones that do not sit further away because of the component camera.

Would appreciate if you could post some pictures, particularly of the upper shoe. I need to get one made...

Hi Phono on mine the upper shoe is the same size as the lower one except they have removed a few bits off the rear bottom corners so it will fit, either that or mine isn't original. I will take some pics later, it is currently in bay F which is as close to the arm as it gets.
I suppose I could make an extended shoe for top and bottom to allow it to work., I only have 3 sticks in there at the moment so I have just used the bottom tier.
