I have a resin printer now and am considering printing some nozzles with it. I think it should be good enough and so cheap it won't matter about breakages. I reckon they will cost pennies each.
Do we have stl files of the nozzles?
Anyone interested in some if I print them?

Bear in mind that the background the camera sees needs to be dark, so a resin nozzle may need some covering or painting - maybe just a black Sharpie.
You probably still need the brass ring.
If the hole is an issue, this could be drilled afterwards, as long as there is at least a centre mark.
Another option may be to use a stainless dispensing needle as a liner.
I was bored tonight so I modelled some. I was in a hurry so best check I've not messed and dimensions up.

I shall try and print a set later on and post some pics for everyone. Now Jason has them all created we can even create some custom ones. I would like one with a tool1 style for tool2 with maybe slightly smaller hole, etc.

I'm not familar with resin printers, but I suspect these may need some tapering on the internal horizontal surface to avoid the need for support.
Out of curiosity I tried printing Tool 1 in PLA on my Bambu X1.
Finest profile ( 0.08mm layer) , with support, 0.4mm nozzle.
Looks pretty useable with a little clean-up, would need the hole drilling (or melt a stainless syringe needle through). Would definitely need the brass ring.
Support was definitely needed, and wasn't hard to remove
Tip maybe on the large side, but using a stainless dispensing needle could be a solution to that
Probably more durable in nylon or PLA-CF, but seems strong enough to be useable in PLA
Sorry ran out of time before going away. My first print didn't print too bad but not great. Print Mike did looks great for an fdm printer. I think a cone shape on the nozzle would allow for printing without supports.
I'm managing OK with modified metal nozzles, not broken one since I started using them..
Here is what I have done for QPlacer nozzles. They are of some weird design (possibly prototypes) with metal body and plastic tip that quickly becomes dull — especially on Tool 1 since it is used for height measurements.
I took a Juki 502, removed central spring-loaded tip, shortened it and 3D-printed a shell that the tip slides into. This has become a replacement of the original QPlacer nozzle.
