I have designed a replacement arm control board too. One that doesn't fail with 'cover open' problem when the cover is closed (or switch disabled). Relays are replaced so no overheating relays either. I have spares should anyone need one.

Are all arm boards completely interchangable? How much do you ask for a arm pcb?

Yes they are. Still gives an analog output too so that you can use the 'armtest.exe' application to help diagnose sensor problems. I can take a picture of one on a machine if you want.
I will put an Ebay listing up for it shortly, though it will be cheaper to buy direct from me.
Cost £80 + VAT and delivery. Looks like you are in South Africa so there would be no VAT payable provided it ships direct to SA.
